Should you have any concerns on the product and would like to return it, please read the following details carefully.
Return is only eligible for the following two reasons:
- Received the wrong item
- Defective good
Return is not eligible when:
- It is part of a gift
- Opened Items
- Discount and Promotion Items
- Change of mind
Receive the wrong item

Kindly feedback to our customer service by emailing us at support@honeykingdoms.com within 2 days after receiving the goods to let us know the item you have ordered and received.
Manuka Emporium Malaysia will bear ALL the return cost on your behalf.
Please ensure that the product remains sealed and is at their original condition. Any individual item that was sold in a pack or package, that you would like to return, has to be returned in full (in a pack or package).
Defective goods
Kindly feedback to our customer service by emailing us at support@honeykingdoms.com within 2 days after receiving the goods to let us know the item you have ordered with photos showcasing the defection.
